“I thought the course covered most likely matters facing new crew members. The only thing I was disapointed with was the actual certificate format. It looked really basic and differed to the ones I obtained a couple of years ago.”

“Its basically learning the ships that you will be on and understanding the safety measures put to keep staff as well as guest safe, however the reading is ok and good source of information but some of the questions I thought would be in the assessment wasn't there and it's not hard to pass they just shift the answers differently which makes it look hard but over all I'm good.”
