“The course is so good, but the support team is bad. I have a issue with my course that there is 1 module that when I reach the slide 24 of 27 is stock and I did a report to support team and is already 8 days waiting and no body answer yet and I couldn't finish my course yet.”

“Only is missing possibility to have all the material printed once you complete the course and practical part of driving the ship need to better explained what need to be done exactly otherwise is waist of time until you figure it out.”

“The course is well done but the simulation of the exercise such as manoeuvering in ice should be reviewed. with the laptop, the use of the rudder and propellers is hard also more clear should be the description of the test. I have tried often before understanding the exercise.”
