“The course had a few grammatical errors. At the end of the course, I had trouble downloading the updated certificates for which I had to open a trouble ticket. The ones available for download are still showing the old date of 2018, instead of 2023. The website is not intuitive or very user-friendly to use. It could use a user-experience (UX) update.”
