“I wanted to take the course but I wasn’t able to complete it bc it required to have a signature from my chief engineer which he wasn’t able to provide and I wished the course would be approved by you without the need of having you onboard supervisors authentication.”

“It is very extensive I would say make it a little bit fun.also in addition no one has contacted me in regards of my certificate it has already pass 2 weeks and I haven’t recieved the certificate.”
