Found it to be an excellent experience. Although the course was brief, it was packed with valuable information and practical examples that made the concepts easy to understand and apply. The real-life scenarios helped connect theory to practice, making it highly relevant for anyone working in maritime operations. I’d definitely recommend it to seafarers looking to strengthen their safety awareness and decision-making skills.

I found the course thoroughly engaging and easy to follow. Even though I have spent a career at sea writing and reviewing risk assessments, there was still much taken from the course regarding two-way discussions and the importance of open/closed questioning. One small error to point out, on one slide there is a picture labelled captain/cadet, however it is a captain and 2nd officer (epaulettes) maybe worth updating or taking off the label.

Τhe course material was good for cadet level. I have to say that the workbook assessment was more effective in retaining useful information in comparison to these questions that were completely shallow. There were some inaccuracies inside the training material as i already mention during the assessment i submitted inside the platform that i dont recall now. For individual purchase, the material is not worth buying for someone with more than 1 contract of sea service as an officer.

test does not follow text. Took test 6 times and put down wrong answers to pass. I would not use this for training for anyone else.

Interesting take on RA - I particularly enjoyed the short clips on how NOT to do it. This is because the organization I work for focuses on teaching how to do it, and I feel that it is more challenging to teach.
