“The admin staff seem to be completely clueless with regard to using their own system or computers in general. I sent my evidences and documentation to them and got a response saying I hadn't included the attachments. Weirdly the attachments were still visible on the email chain on their reply. I reposted my original post and this time they were happy but came back saying one of the forms didn't have my captain's signature on it. The kicker being that form doesn't ask for this, his signature and stamp was on the form that did ask for it. They really need to do some staff traing on their system, and basic literacy.”
