“Still no reply to my query. I did not receive credit on the certificate for Chapter 2 Entry Operation - 88%. I will gladly write a full review of the course. While there are many good points in the course, it has some old and wrong approaches. Also, some questions are ambiguous. Unsafe acts are shown. Poor procedures are shown. Lack of preparation is shown. Some aspects of the course are dangerous and will lead to disaster. Overall, it is very disappointing. Overall, this was a disappointment.”
