“After the submission of the final exam, there is a workbook test. However, there are no specific guidelines about the workbook test, and the office staff are unfamiliar with this course. Given this lack of information, candidates are unsure how to proceed. My name is Capt. Parth, and after three attempts at the workbook, I still have no idea what mistakes I made because the office staff are unfamiliar with it, and we can't directly contact the Norway office. How can candidates be expected to score 75% under these circumstances?”

“Exam does not provide any feedback on the questions you got wrong and/or the correct answer. Feedback is an essential component to training and needs to be included, otherwise what did you actually learn from it? Exam questions dont sepcifiy when more than one answer is required. Exam questions are not specific and dont relate to course content. They relate to the Excerpts from “The Norwegian passenger and cargo ship legislation 2023” which is covered by the workbook. Nowhere was it evident that you only get two attempts at the exam. This needs to be made clearer before having another attempt. The work book questions are vague and not specific enough. Can be interpreted in various ways and some of the wording of the questions does not reflect the wording of the excerpts or wording of the shipping industry. How do people who fund the course themselves, for their own professional development and employment opportunities complete the declaration by authenticating person?”
