“Workbook is taking too long to complete compared with other available online options. Asking an authorizing person which needs to submit a copy of ID to a random site Not known by him is becoming hard to find. finding out after submitting the checklist documents that in case the workbook answers are not enough an extra fee can be aplied, is not something to like. there is no example for workbook expectations which means that you are never sure if is enough or something more is expected. Overall i did get the certificate but from beggining to the end i was not sure what to expect.”

“I paid us$300 for crowd and crisis to NMA but i didn't get my certificate on time. Therefore, I paid another $250 dollars for two seperate certificates for crowd and crisis (Liberia) then i get it on time.”
