“Didn’t want to have to do this but I was left with no choice. I sent back a pendant that I wanted to exchange for a bracelet on August 9th. They received it August 11th. After the pendant had been received they ghosted me and never responded until the 15th of August, where they said they were going to process it. It is now August 24th and I’ve had absolutely no response from them. They can send me promos but they can’t respond to a customer who’s spent a lot of money with them. At this point I don’t want a exchange, I just want my money back if that’s what it takes. I’m disappointed in the customer service, it’s horrible. Be careful when buying, you never know if you’ll hear from them again if there’s a problem.”
