“To be fair, I was also taking Krill Oil capsules, so that could explain why I did not observe much of a difference. I did not see as much of a change with the Omega 7 and krill as I did with Spring Valley Fish Oil capsules, which were more of a hassle than I wanted. It could have worked wonders for me, but I actuallyhad no way of knowing.”
“I take it to keep my heart healthy. I haven't experienced any problems or adverse affects from it, despite the fact that I have no way of knowing what it is doing. Also, there are no fishy aftertastes or burps.”
