“I only gave it three stars since I haven't had enough time to properly analyze the product after only two weeks. What I didn't like so far was having a runny nose for 5 days. I'm not sure whether that was one of the negative effects because I couldn't discover anything about it. What I've noticed is that I have lichen planus, which hasn't been itching as much as it had been before I started taking the black seed oil. I'll give it a couple of weeks more. I'll write an update once it's fully integrated into my system.”

I'm just thinking that in order to have a good outcome from any product, such as a meal supplement, it should be used for at least three months. 6 month shelf life. The bottle recommends to take two capsules every day, but I took four because my hair, eyebrows, and eyelashes are in bad shape. BSO is said to benefit hair in general, which I assume includes brows and lashes. I've found that after just one bottle, my appetite has decreased and I don't want to eat as much as before. To see if there are any health risks, more bottles would be required.”
