I only gave it three stars since I haven't had enough time to properly analyze the product after only two weeks. What I didn't like so far was having a runny nose for 5 days. I'm not sure whether that was one of the negative effects because I couldn't discover anything about it. What I've noticed is that I have lichen planus, which hasn't been itching as much as it had been before I started taking the black seed oil. I'll give it a couple of weeks more. I'll write an update once it's fully integrated into my system.

I truly enjoy these pills and have shed a few pounds by taking two tablets every day. I can't smell them until I burp, so I know the pill has shattered inside my stomach. Drink plenty of water before you take it, at least two bottles, and you'll be good.

I purchased it since I had heard it was beneficial for allergies and asthma. Before I adopted a cat, I started taking this as well as my prescribed allergy medicine. I've had no problems, yet my allergies are out of control. They would grow so awful that I would lose my voice and have to spend days in bed. In terms of suffering, I have no idea. Will continue to take to see if it has any effect. I strongly suggest it for my allergies and asthma.

So far, I've only taken one bottle and purchased three more. I'm just thinking that in order to have a good outcome from any product, such as a meal supplement, it should be used for at least three months. 6 month shelf life. The bottle recommends to take two capsules every day, but I took four because my hair, eyebrows, and eyelashes are in bad shape. BSO is said to benefit hair in general, which I assume includes brows and lashes. I've found that after just one bottle, my appetite has decreased and I don't want to eat as much as before. To see if there are any health risks, more bottles would be required.

Black seed oil can help with URI upper respiratory infection symptoms, particularly coughing. I used to take it in liquid form, and it tastes like diesel oil, according to my brother. Haha! It's not horrible, but in capsule form, you won't taste it. It is therefore more convenient. The only difference is that each capsule contains a smaller amount of liquid.

For nearly three months, I had a terrible cough. I saw my doctor, urgent care, an ENT, and a pulmonologist on multiple occasions. Antibiotics, steroids, allergy medicine, nose spray, acid reflux medicine, and other medications were administered to me. I tried the nose rinse and adjusted my diet, but nothing of these things helped. I started to feel better the first day I used this black seed oil. The cough had subsided after three days.
