Although I wish it contained cayenne, all of the elements appear to be beneficial to somebody with high blood pressure. It may also be advantageous to other organs, such as the kidneys and liver. However, you should not take it if you are taking other blood pressure medications because the combination can cause your blood to become too thin. Anyway, having said that, my husband's blood pressure was down to 121/92 after just threeweeks! I'm so delighted I discovered this for myhusband and that it's working well for him.
