“I've just had this product for a couple of months. I had been using HBP Complete (Eclectic) for 5 years when the manufacturer stopped making it. This change was quite difficult for me, particularly during Covid-19. I used to take two tablespoons of HBP powder once a day and Iwas good for the rest of the day. But ever since tat company ceased producing the product, I had to test numerous new supplements. This one appeared to be the most helpful. One disadvantage is that it must be taken with food or you may get a an upsetstomach. For me, it only lowers my blood pressure (120/81) for roughly 5 hours, therefore taking the suggested dosage of three times a day only lasts 15 hours. I take two more celery seed extract pills from Natural Factors, which helps me feel better, but I really do not like having to get up in the middle of the night to take the supplements, elsemy blood pressurerate startsto rise. Thank God, I was finally able to get an appointment with my doctor for next week to discuss my personal circumstances. I wish I could locate a low-cost blood pressure supplement that I could take once a day. But for the time being, these tablets appear to be reallyeffective.”
