“buy as a treat for the other half. Not as strong as some makes (they generally make a decent strength cup rather than a 2 cup pot) but the taste, organic status & fact that all except the earl grey are compostable make up for this”
“Bought three boxes which arrived squashed (were meant to be gifts). Contacted them and they replaced with 2 other boxes which came as squashed as the first set. Contacted again but this time got no response!
