“Very disappointed with this tea. I thought it was the same darjeeling you sold in the 100g packets but it is a much lower grade, very broken and makes a very strong, bitter cup. It would be helpful if you showed the teas grades on your sight or let your customers know that it is a different tea. I emailed to cancel my subscription but have not had a response. It is not possible to cancel the subscription as easily as I subscribed. I should be able to do this in my account but you do not make this possible. You have great teas but your customer service is really lacking. I want to order more teas from you but your are not making me feel very loyal.”
