“Absolutely shocking. I bought one of these and within an hour of use I was drawing liquid through the mouthpiece. Thinking it may be a dodgy batch of pods, I ordered replacement pods and these were exactly the same. I returned the complete device to GreyHaze and promptly received a replacement. However, this was exactly the same as the first. It was agreed that I should return the device for a refund, which I duly did the next day. Apparently it would appear that it got lost in the postal system, so including postage, I'm about £30 out of pocket and I've bought a Voopoo Argus air from another company, which has turned out to be a fantastic piece of kit.”
