“bought this mainly for decent temp control and it doesn't disappoint the dna 250c is by far the best chipset i've tried!
The mod it's self however the QC isn't great when i first took the back off a magnet fell out, not a big deal it has quite a few so one did not make a difference
then i inserted the batteries (samsung 30q's) and it did not switch on so i tried a second set and it was still the same, while searching for a button i could have missed or something i noticed the screen flash on and off briefly turns out it was when i was applying pressure to the batteries so i tried leaving out the battery ribbon and sure enough it works just fine with out it.
with that said would i buy another? yes! the Dna250c board alone go's for around £60 bringing the price of this mods case to £25 thats for the box and assembly, i don't think i could build something similar for £25
The box it's self feels perfect for my hand hand size it's very comfortable & seems to be made from some type of aluminium it's very light & sturdy the buttons have no rattle and feel good to push.
I would recommend this (at £85) to anyone who wants a Dna250c but doesn't want to spend a lot, those that dont wanna fiddle or just want the best should probably look elsewhere.”
“I didn't realise when i bought this how configurable it is. Spent hours first day installing themes, changing them etc... The main reason for buying this was the battery cover - sick of damaged batteries falling out the bottom ! Haven't found anything i don't like about this device yet - if i don't like something, can change it ! Can even unlock it how you want - any combination of buttons. Have even got my photo on the lock screen :)
