“Ordered 7 bottles it along with a bottle of e-juice overseas. Greyhaze forgot to include them in my package (not sure how), got a refund for the quicknic item value, but still paid a stupid amount for shipping for nothing. Customer service made no attempt to apologize nor make amends. Refused to send me the 7 bottles I ordered unless I pay for shipping and buy them again.
I do not even care about the money, but expected better than this abysmal customer service, quite disappointed.”
