I love curry but not to vape: no. I was expecting to be very satisfied with this as I have used Greyhaze custard in the past and it was in my top three for custard.
When I complained via email, I was basically told that it didn't taste or smell like curry (felt like I was being gaslighted) BUT if I wanted to send it back to them (there wasn't any indication that they would pay for pandp), then they would run tests and.... Seriously!!
I've been a loyal Greyhaze customer for around a decade, both, in the web shop and, the now closed, Nottingham shop. In that time I have not complained about any juice because, taste is subjective. The one caveat though: the juice needs to, at least, resemble the flavour that it is advertised as.
The whole experience, has been disappointing and, to be fair, I expected much better from the product but was truly shocked at Greyhaze's response, who, I previously, only had GOOD things to say about them.”
