“It’s a great little pocket sized mod, especially when you update the firmware. I run V39, which not everyone recommends but it’s perfetfor me!
I tend to have this on me all the time now as is comfortable to hold and it appears that the batteries last way longer in this than in my Drag. Still almost an instant ramp up and great screen even in the sun.

“Got this item at a slightly discounted price having used a discount code. Device missfires due to battery rattle. Spoke to customer services who advised that i need to pay to send the item back (meaning i lose the discounted amount) and then have to wait to see if it can be fixed. I explained that this would not help me especially as i was trying to quit smoking and that i couldnt be without a device however was read off some technical jargon about rules and told to contact the director which i clearly wasnt going to take time out of my schedule to do. I now have a device which is defective. Clear problem with this model as people are talking about it. I recored a video clearly showing the issue and again was read the technical jargon.
Good company until u get an issue which for me was as soon as the product arrived.
Offered to rebuy the item if they could refund my money for the deffective one but guess what... yup more technical jargon. For such a big company i expected much better aftercare, but guess no different from the rest. Very very disappointed..”
