“I'm sorry to report that this moisturiser did not mix well with my preteen twin daughters' skin. They both experienced stinging red hot skin after applying it. We tried twice. This one is not for us. I had bought confidently (x 2 tubes) based on others reviews for thei preteens so felt compelled to share our experience which was not so positive.”
We are sorry to hear your daughters have reacted to our Oy! Moisturiser. Every individual is unique in their chemical and biological make-up, it is therefore impossible to create skin care products that are suitable for absolutely everybody. We select our product ingredients with great care, to minimize the potential for allergic reactions and sensitivities. Even natural ingredients can cause reactions and some people can be just as sensitive to them as to synthetic chemical ingredients.
We would be unable to pin-point exactly the ingredient you are reacting to without an allergy test. It might be worth consulting your doctor to see if tests can be carried out to see if there is a general allergy.
