“I'm on my second pot of 24 hour brightening and it's nice to use and sinks into my skin . The reason for only three stars is because it's not made any difference to my dark patches of pigment, but I know this takes time so will keep using and will write another review if I notice a difference”

Thank you for your review. Hyper-pigmentation affecting the deeper layers of the skin can take some time to resolve. We would recommend continued use for a few more months. Also try taking a picture of the Hyper-pigmentation now to compare it with another photo in the future. This may help you see the difference as gradual change becomes hard for us to notice.

“This product has a pleasant smell and texture. It absorbs very rapidly into the skin leaving no residue. I would not say however that I find it lifts/brightens the complexion”

“I bought the Facial Oil, Serum and 24 hour brightening. It took some time to find what to use daytime and night-time but I have now found my routine. The facial oil has not agreed with me however I now see how my skin has improved with the use of the Serum and 24 hour brightening daytime and the 24 hour brightening night time. I am not so happy with the container which gives no indication of how low the product is and today I have suddenly found that my 24 hour brightening has finished. Is there no way of having a vertical clear strip so that the product can be seen?”

WeÃ¢â‚¬â„¢ve looked at this before and as far as we are able to ascertain it is not currently possible. Apparently it can be done in extruded packaging like tubes, but not in moulded packaging such as the bottles we use. The bottles have to be moulded as they need to be a very accurate shape to ensure an airtight seal between their inner surface and the piston that isolates the product inside the packaging from the atmosphere. The only way we could do this is to have the whole bottle moulded in clear plastic, but that would affect the appearance of the packaging and will also allow light to reach the contents which could accelerate oxidative damage to the oils in the products. As a clever trick use a torch to shine a line underneath the product. This will then show you how much product is left.

“This really does brighten the skin though you do have to use it for a few days to notice this, the but being in my particular case is that my skin feels very dry straight after using and as though it needs moisture. Would be interesting to know if other people have this problem as I don't have excessively dry skin.”
