“I love the actual product, the serum itself is great. However, the bottle design needs a rethink. It's impossible to get the last few days of serum from the bottle as the dropper isn't long enough or flexible enough. Then the square shoulders of the bottle prevent the serum from being used because it can't flow from there out of the bottle.”
