“This is a lovely product. Very light and absorbs easily into the skin. Delicate fragrance. To date this is the best serum I have tried I will definitely buy again.”

“I've used this product for many years and I loved it. However - my last purchase hasn't been the same in either how it looks or the effect.. The colour used to be just like the one in the photo but this bottle was an off-white opaque colour. I know natural products can vary so I wasn't too concerned and I used it as usual not giving it a second thought. In a few days, I noticed that I was looking very old - I just didn't look my usual self but couldn't really pin point what was wrong with my skin. No spots or anything. I tried to think if I had been eating anything different or used anything new that might have been affecting my skin negatively. Maybe lack of sleep but there wasn't anything. I decided maybe I just needed a haircut and colour. I booked for my hair to be coloured the next week. In the meantime, I decided to maybe try skipping using the serum. Just in case. I did get back to looking my usual self again and I cancelled the hair appointment but I still didn't really think it could be the serum. I've used it for years! Maybe it was a lack of sleep or I was fighting an asymptomatic virus or something. So I did start using it again. Then shortly after I found myself wondering what on earth had happened to my face again. I was looking really old and dull yet again. I decided I really must get my hair coloured as maybe I was just getting old and my few natural grey hairs that I had (that I quite liked) just really wasn't working anymore with my skin tone or something. So I rebooked the hair appointment. I then got a feeling of de-Ja Vu and I realised that just maybe it was the serum. So I stopped using it again and again my skin improved. I haven't touched it since. I did contact Green People but their response was that the product didn't contain anything in it that would age the skin. But I have used this product (and many others) for years and it's not the same. Even the colour was different. I am a loyal customer and I fully support everything GreenPeople stand for but I am disappointed at the response. At £40 it is a very expensive serum and it now just sits in the cabinet. On reading the reviews today I saw that someone's rosacea gets worse when using this so she only uses it on the side of her face where she doesn't have rosacea. I too had rosacea on my nose which I haven't had for a good few months now. I am now wondering if it was this serum causing it. Seems that it was probably very likely. I have already wasted £37 on the Age Defy tinted DD Moisturiser that I bought after receiving a sample that was absolutely amazing! the coverage of the sample I received was incredible and natural looking and there was no need for any other makeup. I even told my daughter to buy it! However, the actual product I received was nothing like the sample they sent me. I never used it again after the first try. When I queried it I was told that there was a change in the formula. So the sample I received wasn't actually a sample of the product? Surely that is false advertising? In total I have now wasted £77 and my daughter £37. Such a shame as I do still love all the other products I use and I want to support Green People but it just leaves me feeling a bit cheated.”

“This is lovely serum. Unfortunately it can set off my rosacea, so I only use it on the right side of my face. It was a gamble I wanted to take though. I do highly recommend this though for those who do not have this problem.”

“I think this is great. Packing and delivery the usual high standard, but the product does just what it says! Easy to apply, easily absorbed into the skin - which feels pretty good afterwards. I’m a definite fan.”
