“I'm unhappy because I paid for maskara ,they send me email to confirm and after 2 weeks time told me it's out of stoke. When I ask to give my money back, answer was- we need to recive firs your order. before that says put of stoke after that they wait to recive back. I never using them again”

“I wear this mascara everyday. After trying several ‘eco’ mascaras which just did not stay put, I was really pleased to find this one lasted really well. It gives a nice full look to eyelashes, which can be built up if you want a heavier look (I.e. for a night out - when they can happen again!). I find it doesn’t smudge too, but can be easily removed with a natural face wash or even just water. I won’t be buying any other mascaras!”

“I’ve lost count of mascara I’ve tried over the years.
Volumising Mascara in Black is my go to mascara and has been for some time.
The added bonus is the smudge I can create which enhances the size of my eyes.
I think the delivery price is excessive.
Delivery used to be free, then changed to free on orders over £17 (if I remember correctly) reason given by GP was to do with doing their bit for the environment.
Now you have to spend £25!!!! for free delivery.
That’s nothing to do with saving the environment it’s unreasonable greed.”

“I have such sensitive eyes and this mascara doesn't irritate them at all. It works just as well as any other mascara that I have used and washes off easily”
