“I am new to the Neutral Scent Free Conditioner but already I like it. I need to use a small amount. My hair is easier to manage and the style stays in for longer. I use a mousse after I apply the conditioner and then I tong my hair. The conditioner seems to work better with the mousse than my previous product. I hope this will continue.”
