“I have used this product for years after a long search to find one suitable for very senestive skin. The most recent bottle I purchased had a change of consistency to the shampoo which I noted when I first used it. After several washes I noticed a correlation between hair washes and having a major reaction on my scalp and face which required several days treatment with strong antihistamines and topical steroids (not what you want to be putting on your face daily!).
On enquiring the preservative in the product has been changed and now contains sodium benzonate which is a known skin irritant.
I won't be purchasing this again and the lack of open information on the ingredient change to people managing allergies which a very small change can have a major impact is disappointing for a brand which promotes its sensitive skin friendly.”
