“This is by far my favourite suncream for my toddler - not only is it great for her eczema but it's natural too! It smells pleasant unlike the chemical ridden ones and it goes on easily, no stickiness! My little girl doesn't put up a fight when I'm applying this like she does with others. Great product. Her skin has never burned when using.”

This year, we purchased it as usual and within minutes he developed red, swollen, itchy skin all over his face, neck and shoulders! Apparently there is a "new formula". We are sorry to hear your son has reacted to our Children’s Sun Cream. Every individual is unique in their chemical and biological make-up, it is therefore impossible to create skin care products that are suitable for absolutely everybody. We select our product ingredients with great care, to minimize the potential for allergic reactions and sensitivities. Even natural ingredients can cause reactions and some people can be just as sensitive to them as to synthetic chemical ingredients.

We would be unable to pin-point exactly the ingredient you are reacting to without an allergy test. It might be worth consulting your doctor to see if tests can be carried out to see if there is a general allergy.
We did have a formula change in the beginning of 2019 but no new ingredients were added to the formula, the existing ingredients levels were changed.
