What you have explained doesn’t sound like a true representation of our sun lotions, of which we have sold 85000 of in the last year with great feedback.
It sounds as though the oils and emulsifiers have possibly split, however without examining it we can’t be sure.
Please can you confirm the batch number for us? This can be found on the crimped seal.
