“I have always been shamefully quite neglectful of my skin but since turning 45 & already in the throws of peri menopause my skin has changed dramatically! I now have a skincare routine including some GP products alongside another cruelty free brand & this is the last item I have added to my regime & possibly one of the most important. A little goes a very long way & sometimes I mix it with some fruitful nights when my skin needs that little bit more nourishment.
