“Sun lotion is fine but email said it was despatched didn't arrive so had to phone why it hadn't arrived a week later you then sent another which was fine but really the service was unsatisfactory.”

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately we cannot track Royal Mail so on rare occasions parcels can be delayed or get lost in transit. This is why the product was resent as a matter of priority. We are glad to hear the sun lotions in suitable for you.

“I bought both the spf 15 and 30 suncreams and both stained any white or light coloured clothes with a yellow tinge or marks which even a hot wash has failed to completely remove, clothes I now consider ruined. Customer lost”

We are very sorry to hear that our sun lotion has caused your clothing to stain. Out of the thousands of sun lotions we sell, we have only ever had a few other complaints of this issue, which was investigated but we were unable to replicate the issue at our end. It may be that the increase in level of UVA protection may have increased the risk of yellow stains appearing on some fabrics. It doesn't happen all the time, and seems to more likely when the fabric has been in contact with sweat or perspiration. It also seems that the stains do not become apparent until after the fabric has been washed or laundered and it may be that metallic ions in the washing water could be reacting with the sun filter residue to form the yellow pigment. We would like to offer you the following options, firstly to have the affected items of clothing sent to us and we can get them professionally cleaned for you, or alternatively you could have them submitted for professional cleaning & have the receipt sent to us for reimbursement. If our sun lotion has caused the said items to stain we would not recommend wearing the items again with our sun lotion. Please contact organic@greenpeople.co.uk for further assistance.
