“Finally a sun screen that doesn't have the horrible chemical smell or sting your eyes when you sweat. This product doesn't make me dread applying sun screen on my face. Usage wise I'm only a few weeks into it but so far it's been very positive.”

“After reading about the harm most sun lotions do to the oceans and life in the sea, I was looking for a product that wouldnt make a harmful impact, for a planned holiday by the sea. I got this product for a week at the Isles Of Scilly, where the sun can be particularly harsh due to the clean air. I wore this product during some hot sunny days and it worked very well. When putting it on it initially looked darker than other high street brand products, but quickly soaked in and wasnt visible at all. I also got this brands after sun lotion but rarley used it as this sun lotion did a good job. Very happy with this product, and happy to go in the sea knowing Im not damaging sea life in the way big brand sun lotions may do. Will use over this summer and will use again for future holidays by the sea.”

“I would not recommend this cream. It did not protect at all. We had complete faith in the great reviews but think they are bogus reviews as my husband and I both burned in spite of applying the cream several times a day including after swimming. Regret trustingthe blurb.”

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you have had this experience with our product. We do not understand why you have burnt using our sun lotions, they are all independently tested to ensure that they give the protection we claim for. We have sold 85,500 Sun Lotions (in the UK alone) in the past year and havenÃ¢â‚¬â„¢t had any complaints regarding this issue in that time. With all of our Sun Lotions we recommend reapplying every 2 hours and after swimming or heavy perspiration, our sun lotions are water resistant not waterproof and therefore recommend that you cover the skin whilst swimming. Please provide us with the manufacture date of the product. To find the manufacture date, look at the crinkled join at the top of a tube or the back of the bottle (pump) and you will notice some numbers embossed into it. If we assume that the product is OK (i.e. genuine, untampered, not previously opened, etc.) then there are several possible things that could have happened: - 1. Insufficient sun lotion applied. 2. Sun lotion not applied 20-30 minutes before sun exposure 3. Interaction with other skin care products reduced the efficacy of the sun screens 4. Sensitivity or allergy to one of the ingredients causing sun-burn like skin rash 5. The sun lotion has not been applied every 2 hours and after swimming or heavy perspiration We will wait to hear from you regarding the manufacture date.
