We are very sorry to hear that the deodorant didn't work for you.
If you are using our deodorant for the first time it is normal to sweat more than usual for the first few days as your body is naturally pushing out any toxins which has been previously stopped from being released.
We always recommend use after bath or shower on dry armpits, making sure the bottle is shaken before use & note that any natural deodorant free from pore clogging aluminium, alcohol, perfume or aggressive germicides needs to be applied more frequently to completely clean and dry skin.

We are sorry to hear you reacted when using our product, every individual is unique in their chemical and biological make-up, it is therefore impossible to create skin care products that are suitable for absolutely everybody. We select our product ingredients with great care, to minimize the potential for allergic reactions and sensitivities. Even natural ingredients can cause reactions and some people can be just as sensitive to them as to synthetic chemical ingredients.
