“This is an excellent deodorant, which I have been using for years. My husband uses it too and it doesn't irritate the skin, or contain any 'nasties'. The only downside is that it is very expensive.”
“Left it awhile before doing this review to allow a decent trial/test of this. It doesnt keep me freshly fragrant at all. It has a very neutral scent to it which is fine if for example you wear other fragrance eg perfume? I dont wear perfume as I am allergic to it. It stung my pits after shaving and had to remove it and revert back to a runofthemill brand that was still kicking about in the back of the bathroom cupboard for the rest of that day. Maybe I need a more strongly fragranced natural deo like the ones here aimed at men?? I think that when going through the menopause , it is so important to have a natural deo that does work for you effectively , keeps you fragrant and therefore helps your confidence levels through the day.You dont want to be using antiperspirant because you need to let your body breathe Unfortunately this one does not keep me confidently fresh n fragrant..”
“I waited awhile before posting a review so that it would allow a good test of this deo.Have not been greatly impressed as it fails to keep me fresh and therefore confident. For the Menopause , you certainly want natural products that work for you and not against you! Might be because it has quite a neutral fragrance/smell to it which is fine if perhaps you wear other fragranced products eg perfume etc and you wouldnt want the clash.I am allergic to perfumes and so dont wear them. This one also stung after shaving pits so much so I had to wash it off and revert to a runothemill brand I had kicking about in the bathroom cabinet, for the rest of that day.Perhaps it wont sting as much if shaving before bed, allowing the skin to settle and apply this as usual after shower? Havent tried yet. Maybe I need a more pronounced fragranced natural deo to solve things so I am contemplating trying one of the ones here aimed at men! It is very much trial and error with natural brands of deo I have discovered. It needs a good shake before application (it does say to shake it well) and it glides on well.But it doesnt really control pit aroma for me!”
