“I am pregnant and I thought I would switch to natural products (but will continue to go organic due to the research I have been doing on main stream products available in stores). I bought this range of shampoo and conditioner. The first impressions were ok, the products smell pleasant and are not too strong. The only issue with the shampoo is that it leaves my hair very coarse after it has been washed. I am Asian and I have thick hair (but not frizzy thick). I do not normally apply conditioner to my roots since my hair tends to get greasy quite fast, however, I felt that I needed to use the conditioner on my roots because if I did not I could not get a comb through my hair because it was so coarse and dry after using the shampoo. I had to really tug at my hair to comb it so that is why I started using the conditioner on the root as well as on the ends of my hair. This helped me comb and style my hair easier.
I feel that the flip lids on the products do not open very well. If you have long nails you might break them trying to open the lid. Also I would like to offer a suggestion that these products be packaged in bottles rather than large tubes. I think that they are more practical in bottles, especially when in the shower. The corners of the tube are quite sharp and I have scratched my hands off them many times. Again this all depends on your shower shelves and where they are located. Bottles are easier to open and no sharp corners, especially if you have children and they grab onto one.”

“My skin is not particularly sensitive but after one to two uses this shampoo made my eyes very sore, red and dry and caused me to develop dry scaly areas on my scalp which were not there before I started to use this shampoo. Very disappointing.”
