“This is my favourite shampoo in the range as it is nice and thick and lathers very well so you only need a small amount. One tube lasts me over a month using it nearly everyday. It leaves my hair lovely and soft but manageable and my scalp never feels dry. Have been buying it for quite a few years now and will continue to do so.”

“This is so thick and concentrated, a little goes a really long way so it lasts ages. I love the feel and the scent.
I typically get greasy roots really quickly but the ends of my hair gets quite dry bit this works great to even out both aspects of my hair. Won’t use another shampoo from here on!”

“So here’s the deal I have an allergy to any and most all beauty products. I’ve only ever been able to use a plant based mild baby shampoo and conditioner. I wanted to try Green People, because it seems all natural and organic and just perfect for what I needed. I used the shampoo twice and the first time I used it I didn’t think I was going to have a reaction I seemed to do great and the product was nice I thought for sure I found something. The second time I used it about 45 min later I started to notice I was getting incredibly itchy and hives all over my scalp, face/neck, and hands (which is common when I use products I’m allergic to) The hives got so bad that my entire scalp was inflamed and had welps the size of quarters all over. I know that I took the risk trying a new product and that’s all fine and dandy, but what is so hard for me to understand is why a brand that claims to have such clean ingredients still causes such a bad contact reaction. I looked over the ingredients and couldn’t find one thing that wasn’t naturally derived that could cause such a severe reaction. I’m sure I’m just the 1 in a million, but on the off chance someone out there is like me and reading this then I hope I helped!!”

Every individual is unique in their chemical and biological make-up, it is therefore impossible to create skin care products that are suitable for absolutely everybody. We select our product ingredients with great care, to minimize the potential for allergic reactions and sensitivities. Even natural ingredients can cause reactions and some people can be just as sensitive to them as to synthetic chemical ingredients.
We would be unable to pin-point exactly the ingredient you are reacting to without an allergy test. It might be worth consulting your doctor to see if tests can be carried out to see if there is a general allergy.
