“I have very sensitive skin and suffer from Rosacea with regular flare ups. I struggle to find an SPF that I can tolerate. This is light weight but I did have some pilling which is disappointing. There was a faint cast which actually helped to offset my redness.”
Hi Julie, thank you for your review! We are happy to hear that the Day Solution Cream SPF15 is suitable for your skin. Pilling can happen when you are rubbing in skin-care products, but they sit on the skin and they never quite soak in. As you rub it in, the product is pilling, or collecting on top of the skin. The product is being hindered from absorbing into the skin as there is an occlusive barrier that’s preventing absorption, and it happens if too many products are used at the same time, or in the wrong order. “We have used this product for a number of years. It's excellent, not greasy, so fine for sensitive skin, moisturises and provides some base UV protection. It's formula is easily absorbed and facial appearance is bright without being glossy.”
