Just use FREEPOST GREENPEOPLE to send the product back to us. This is a prepaid service with Royal Mail. We can then process your exchange or refund.
If you still have the invoice, you will find a sticker with FREEPOST GREENPEOPLE on the bottom and a returns form on the reverse. If you do not still have this then you can find the returns form on our website and write FREEPOST GREENPEOPLE on the package. Please do not include any other address information as the post office may charge you or it may not get back to us. If necessary provide them with RH13 8LN but do not write this on the return.

“I can't fault the product, or the company, only wouldn't recommend for oily acne prone skin, some of the oils though only mildly comedogenic, are still enough to break you out. Wasn't suitable for me(but I have allergies and sensitive, oily, acne prone skin and need to use low dose benzyl peroxide, while keeping away from sugar and dairy to maintain clear skin). I struggle with even argan and jojoba oils, the best I have found is pure rose hip. If your skin isn't oily then this will be fine. Sorry to be negative, but there are likely others with problem skin, like mine, looking for an honest review. I hope one day Green People can formulate a product, with minimum, yet effective ingredients, that will suit my skin. So many natural ingredients can still clog pores, it's tough on those of us wanting to go chemical free but failing. The search continues ....”
