Viburnum are evergreen or deciduous shrubs with dense, green foliage and lovely star-shaped flowers which bloom from late Winter until the Spring. They are best suited to moist, well-drained and moderately fertile soil which can be achieved by adding good quality compost. They are very easy to care for and only need minimal pruning to remove any unwanted growth. Viburnum Davidii is a small spreading evergreen shrub, with elliptic, deep green, leathery, three-veined leaves and flattened heads of small dull white flowers followed on cross-pollinated plants by long-lasting 'metallic' blue-black berries .Height can reach up to 1-1.5 meters.
