“Highly recommend this company I process from start to finish ran smoothly and they even delivery on the date I wanted . “Everything was spot on. The driver was lovely and genuinely sorry that he couldn't enter my house (presumably due to Covid regulations) to help me carry the (very heavy) plants inside (there's no side access). The plants themselves were in good conditions, some yellow leaves here and there but I guess it's normal. If I wanted to be really picky, they are quite diverse in height but I guess the smaller ones will catch up eventually. Rhys from customer service was very patient with me, inexperienced and very nervous at the size of the investment. I must have written about ten times but he always answered very politely (and very quickly) and also helped arrange the delivery. Keep in mind that these are heavy beasts, planting them is a job for two. Unfortunately, I had to do it on my own which was really hard work. All in all a very good experience. Will use again once I've recovered my strength...”
