“The quality of the Green Leylandi was fabulous, lush green and a great shape and height. I have purchased Leylandi on line before with other suppliers and been disappointed upon their arrival, always smaller than stated and not often lush green. But Grasslands Nursery have delivered great quality trees. I also had a problem with my order as one tree was missing, in my own error I did not check the delivery of the item as quickly as I should so I had to contact the nursery 7-10 days later to say that one tree was. missing, although I had took my time in reporting this the nursery promptly delivered me another tree the following week. Great customer service too. I will be buying from Grasslands Nursery again soon !”

“Arrived in good condition, well-developed root ball that was wrapped in sacking material and the branches looked healthy. So the tree and delivery is 5 star but only 4 stars because I think communication could have been better. When I ordered I did not receive any notification for several weeks as to when the trees would be dug let alone delivered. If I had received a message at the beginning estimating delivery week it would have been useful.”
