“Ordered 3 online to make a small screen. After 3 weeks and phone calls they arrived. They were within specifications but if I had seen them I would probably only selected 1. The other 2:- 1 had a 1 very long cane that was bent into a semi circle. It has a few other small canes I hope will grow quickly this year. The other has 1 nice cane and one other that was pruned. It has a couple of small canes. Hopefully the large one doesn't break. Pot bound and large roots growing through the pots. I cut the pots away and planted the bamboo.. Fingers crossed. When I complained I was asked to send a photo. Wouldn't it be nice to have photos of your plants before they are delivered?”
