The product was good and arrived as expected (although leaves were a little dry) but the delivery process was terrible... First of all, I kept getting a transaction failed message despite trying with multiple cards all of which had funds on. Then my account had been debited twice (I called up Grasslands and was assured that it was my bank who had held the payment). I paid for next day delivery because it was the only time I was due to be at the location for a while, but had missed the cut off point by 30 mins although there was no mention on the website of a cut off time of midday. Arriving 1 day late meant that I had to take 2 hours out of my day as the plants were being delivered to a location where I wasn't based (hence the reason for paying more for next day delivery when I was going to be there). When the driver arrived he refused to even deliver the plants to the front garden and would only leave them on a pavement next to the road. My tenant, a young female asked nicely if he could help her drag to the front garden, but he just laughed and said no chance before driving off. As a result the plants were left on the public pavement alongside a busy main road in London for 2 hours before I could get there. It's a miracle that they weren't taken. All in all a terrible experience, much wasted time and really unhelpful driver..
