“Not what I ordered, I was sent a different specie. The plant arrived with the leaves covered in endless holes and blackened leaves. I raised the matter with Grasslands and sent photos, but received very poor and unfriendly feedback and assistance. I paid a lot of money for three plants ordered and I'm extremely disappointed. Thankfully, I took photos of the plants before ordering as Grasslands deleted previous photos and no way of tracking them back for proof!! I have raised the complaint with Trading Standards. I have been a regular customer and these plants are not cheap. I definitely won't be ordering from Grasslands ever again, for sure. I read similar complaints on their reviews.”
