“Appalling company, took my money and did not full fill the order. Firstly the wrong order was sent to me which cost me dearly in time and delivery costs. Then the correct order was loaded onto the system, I prepared the site to take the hedge for my client, waited for delivery then received an email saying they cannot deliver as they do not have the stocks to full fill the order. No phone call or apology came my way, knowing I had problems with the first order to simply receive an email not full filling the order was not acceptable. I will Never deal with them company ever again. Now I am having to chase a full refund today to be told the manager is not in and staff cannot tell me what has happened with the refund.”

“Yes, I am very pleased with the bare root plants that arrived today, they look good strong plants, also given good advice on planting. I have put in them in this afternoon. If the driver that delivered them was from their own company, I was disappointed that he could not bother to ring the bell to let me know they were there.”

“Never received the items. After chasing I eventually got approval on them being sent again but after waiting another week before hearing anything, I then just asked for a refund. An apology for everything that has gone on was never received, so perhaps customer service could be looked at internally.”
