“I made two separate orders, each of 3 items. The first was impeccable with perfect packing. The second delivery suffered from the packing not being tall enough for the plants, resulting in several broken tips of branches. Overall, your service and quality pf plants has earned the 5 stars awarded. I suggest that you 'sharpen the pencil' a bit in your packing.”
