Classic laurel hedging. It's the country's favourite hedging shrub. Lovely luxurious evergreen bright green leaves. Grows easily in all soils except waterlogged. Feed well to maintain that lush colour.

“The quality of the laurel plants received was extremely disappointing as they were riddled with a bacterial disease. Rejected the plants due to poor quality and the nursery after sales service proved no better. Despite photos clearly showing the bacterial disease, confirmed by an independent expert, the customer service manager unbelievably put it down to 'insect damage'! Nearly impossible to actually speak to someone at the nursery as the phone was hardly ever answered. The Customer Service Manager failed to return my messages and never appeared to be in the office, despite numerous attempts to chase the refund due to us. While the cost of the plants was eventually refunded after numerous calls and chasing, the delivery charge of £25 wasn't. So now £25 out of pocket, together with time wasted trying to speak to someone. My recommendation would be to avoid this nursery. Quality of plants and customer service both extremely poor.”
