Hedera are evergreen climbing shrubs clinging by aerial roots. Clusters of small yellow-green flowers are followed by usually black berries. Foliage of flowering shoots is often less deeply lobed than that of the sterile,climbing shoots. To grow hedera is very straight forward. It is a low maintence plant and can be pruned if/when needed at anytime. Be sure to give slight protection against cold winds, best results plant in partial shade in nice moist, well drained soil. To feed As it is such a hardy plant it doesnt need alot of attention but it is advised that you give them a feed every so often with a multi purpose feed. Hedera Goldchild a vigorous evergreen climber, with yelowish green foliage that has yellow edges. It is excellent as a climber and looks lovely up walls frames and fences. Height can reach 2.5-4 meters.
