Echinops Taplow Blue robust upright perennials with silver grey, spikey foliage. During summer months they have thistle like, ball shaped steel blue flowers. Height can reach 1/1.5m. Grow in moist well drained soil, in sun or partial shade. Deadhead flowers to prevent self seeding or leave alone and leave the frosts to do the work.
